|Abstract: ||Professor J. A. Steers' seminal work (1944 and 1946) led to the establishment of UK Heritage Coasts. This paper evaluated
Steers subjective assessment by quantitatively assessing South Wales beaches using an innovative fuzzy logic methodology.
Results showed that Heritage Coast beaches had significantly higher scenic values than other beaches.|
